Mongolian Beef

Oh wow.  I can still smell the aroma of this evening's dinner and it makes me happy...and proud.  I can't believe I made it.  Seriously.  It wasn't hard, either.  I would just suggest that you measure out everything before you start so that you can just dump when it is time.  I served ours over brown rice and with broccoli on the side.  (Britt requested white rice next time and I think I'll indulge her...but I'll stick to my brown.)
